
Moisture Balance Toner
A fragrance-free toner that provides intense, soothing moisturization and helps the skin retain moisture.
If you are experiencing dryness or dry acne you need Face Reality Moisture Balance Toner to help balance your skin's hydration. Always remember that dryness causes inflammation and inflammation can cause acne and speed up aging.
I do not recommend using this toner if you live in a dry climate because hyaluronic acid can take the moisture out of your skin if it doesn’t find it in the air.
Exfoliant: Gluconolactone
Skin-identical ingredient: Glycerin, Sodium PCA, Proline (L), Sodium Hyaluronate (L)
Soothing: Witch Hazel Water
- Clean skin with preferred cleanser for one minute.
- Apply Moisture Balance Toner using a small amount on a cotton round pad or a 2 x 2 gauze square.
- Wipe the entire face and affected areas until slightly damp.
- Do not saturate the skin.
- Le it dry.
- Finish regimen with eye cream, serum and moisturizer.

We ship daily via USPS from New York. Most packages arrive between 1-3 days from ordering, depending on the distance. It is not unusual for packages to NY, NJ, and CT to arrive next day.

International Shipping
We do NOT ship to Spain due to customs restrictions.
For international orders, all duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Missing Packages Marked "Delivered"
LAZ Skincare can only refund or replace a missing order marked "Delivered" if Signature Confirmation is selected for delivery.
If an order is marked "Delivered" by the carrier but you cannot find it, ask neighbors if they received it by mistake. Wait 2 business days to determine if it was marked delivered prior to actually be delivered (but is not lost). If your package has not arrived with 2 business days of being marked "Delivered," file a missing mail inquiry with the USPS here: https://missingmail.usps.com/.
Returns
Any item that is unopened, unused and in its original packaging (including shrink wrap, when applicable) can be returned within 30 days of purchase by emailing us at shop@lazskincare.com. If a return would lower an order total below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost for that order will be deducted from refunded amount. We cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
Products bought in quantities of 5 or more (of the same item) cannot be returned. Products that have been defaced, including stickers, cannot be returned.
Any opened or ineligible products returned to us will be discarded and cannot be reshipped out or refunded.
Damaged Products
If a product is received damaged, notify us at shop@lazskincare.com (including a picture of the damaged product) and we will send a replacement out to you at no cost.
Wrong Products
If you receive the wrong product, notify us at shop@lazskincare.com (including a picture of the order) and we will send the correct product out to you at no cost. We will also include a pre-paid return shipping label. You can use the original packaging to return the wrong product.
Incorrect Addresses
If a customer provides an incorrect address for shipping an order and that order is returned to LAZ Skincare, we can re-ship it to a corrected address as notified by the customer. Free shipping does not apply to this second round of shipping. If a package is accepted and not returned from an incorrect customer-provided address, LAZ Skincare cannot refund or replace the order. If a package is marked "Return to Sender" or "Unclaimed" by the postal service and returned to LAZ Skincare, it is the customer's responsibility to notify us of the corrected shipping address. Returned packages will be held 14 days.
If LAZ Skincare ships an order to an incorrect address (not provided by the customer), we will replace it free of charge.
Chargebacks
Customers agree not to use chargebacks as the primary method of dispute resolution. Customers are explicitly not entitled to chargebacks on missing orders marked "Delivered" by carriers if they did not select Signature Confirmation as the shipping method.
