Truth Treatments Collagen Recovery Complex is a complete and multifunctional collagen-building formula containing essential nutrients that provide the building blocks for collagen.

Truth Treatments Collagen Recovery Complex contains various types of collagen, along with Vitamin C, minerals, Hyaluronic Acid and amino acids to effectively boost collagen production. 

Collagen Peptides: building blocks shown to help skin elasticity, reduce wrinkles and improve the appearance of cellulite.

Zinc: essential mineral important for collagen synthesis and repair.

Copper: an essential mineral that acts as a cofactor for collagen synthesis. 

Manganese: essential trace nutrient required for the activation of collagen-producing enzymes.

Glucosamine Sulfate: building block of connective tissue, improves the formation of connective tissue microfibers, upregulates collagen synthesis, source of sulfur for collagen building and strengthening.

Collagen Type 2: helps promote younger looking skin appearance, shown to reduce wrinkles and fine lines and scaling, improves skin hydration and increase skin levels of hyaluronic acid, providing more hydrated, and supple skin.

MSM: improves collagen strength, resilience, and synthesis. Anti-inflammatory benefits support collagen production.

Egg Shell Membrane: is a source of natural collagen building molecule essential for building healthy connective tissue, reduces free radical stress and stimulates secretion of collagen matrix components.

Hyaluronic Acid: improves connective tissue hydration and support collagen elasticity and synthesis, proven skin anti-aging benefits, shown to improve skin wrinkling and overall skin condition.

BCAAs: stimulate protein synthesis, enhance dermal collagen production.

Glycine: collagen building block provides raw material for improving collagen synthesis.

Proline: collagen raw material form collagen and connective tissue, repairing skin damage and wounds.
Boron: facilitates the activity of collagen building enzymes, improves connective tissue matrix turnover assuring a constant supply of fresh youthful collagen.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available for domestic orders with total product amounts indicated on the top site banner. Shipping options do not count towards the order total.

Fast Shipping

We ship every day (Mon - Sat) from our clinic in New York City. Most packages arrive between 1-3 days from ordering, depending on the distance. It is not unusual for packages to NY, NJ, and CT to arrive next day. Rare circumstances may prevent shipping on the same day.

International Shipping

For international orders, all duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Missing Packages Marked "Delivered"

LAZ Skincare cannot refund or replace a missing order marked "Delivered" if USPS Ground Advantage is selected for delivery.

If an order is marked "Delivered" by the carrier but you cannot find it, ask neighbors if they received it by mistake. Wait 3 business days to determine if it was marked delivered prior to delivery (but is not lost). If your package has not arrived within 3 business days of being marked "Delivered," file a missing mail inquiry with the USPS here: https://missingmail.usps.com/.

Returns

We cannot refund or accept returns of opened or used products.

Any item that is unopened, unused and in its original packaging (including shrink wrap, when applicable) can be returned within 60 days of purchase by emailing us at shop@lazskincare.com.

Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If a return would lower an order total below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost for that order will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

Products bought in quantities of 5 or more (of the same item) cannot be returned. Products that have been defaced, including stickers, cannot be returned. Products that have had a recent packaging change by the manufacturer cannot be exchanged for alternative packaging.

Any opened, damaged, soiled, or ineligible products returned to us will be discarded and cannot be reshipped out or refunded.

Adverse Reactions

We cannot refund or accept returns of opened or used products, even in the case of adverse reactions. If you have reactive or sensitive skin, it is highly recommended to book a consultation prior to purchase. If you have an adverse reaction to a product, we recommend you stop using it immediately and schedule a consultation to review your skin and adjust your skincare regimen.

Damaged Products

If a product is received damaged, notify us at shop@lazskincare.com (including a picture of the damaged product) and we will send a replacement out to you at no cost.

Wrong Products

If you receive the wrong product, notify us at shop@lazskincare.com (including a picture of the order) and we will send the correct product out to you at no cost. We will also include a pre-paid return shipping label. You can use the original packaging to return the wrong product.

Missing / Lost Packages

If an order does not arrive within 20 days, we will file an insurance claim and replace your order once you complete the insurance form that we will provide. If your package has not arrived within 20 days, notify us at shop@lazskincare.com (including your order number) and we begin the replacement process. Our insurance provider does not allow refunds or replacements earlier than 20 days from the date of your order.

Incorrect Addresses

If a customer provides an incorrect address for shipping an order and that order is returned to LAZ Skincare, we can re-ship it to a corrected address as notified by the customer. Free shipping does not apply to this second round of shipping. If a package is accepted and not returned from an incorrect customer-provided address, LAZ Skincare cannot refund or replace the order. If a package is marked "Return to Sender" or "Unclaimed" by the postal service and returned to LAZ Skincare, it is the customer's responsibility to notify us of the corrected shipping address. Returned packages will be held 14 days.

If LAZ Skincare ships an order to an incorrect address (not provided by the customer), we will replace it free of charge.

Shipping Times

LAZ Skincare makes a best effort to ship orders the same day, Monday - Saturday. We ship orders via USPS and UPS and cannot guarantee a delivery date or speed of delivery. Delays from shipping carriers (due to weather, staffing, technology issues, etc.) are outside of our control and are not grounds for refunds.

Chargebacks

Customers agree not to use chargebacks as the primary method of dispute resolution when other options are available. Customers are explicitly not entitled to chargebacks on missing orders marked "Delivered" by carriers if they did not select Signature Confirmation as the shipping method.
