Face Reality L-Mandelic Face and Body Wash is a sulfate-free gel cleanser that contains chirally correct l-mandelic acid and has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and anti-fungal properties.
This cleanser is appropriate for normal or oily skin types and is safe to use on skin prone to inflamed acne, folliculitis, and hyperpigmentation. It should not be used to remove eye makeup.
I recommend my clients to use Mandelic Face & Body Wash for acne, pigmentation, and anti-aging. I personally use it on my body post-workout or during hot summer days to get rid of dead cells that can get mixed with oil/sweat and cause pimples.
I do not recommend this cleanser for dry and reactive skin types.
Mandelic Acid
Larger molecular size AHA than glycolic or lactic acid, which allows for slower absorption and makes it ideal for sensitive and acne-prone skin.
Gluconolactone
Provides mild exfoliation while also hydrating and strengthening the skin barrier, making it ideal for sensitive or reactive skin.
Grape Seed Extract
Provides strong free-radical protection, helps soothe inflammation, and supports collagen and elastin preservation in the skin.
- Apply a small amount to damp skin and massage into a light foaming lather. Do not rub aggressively.
- Rinse with tepid water and pat dry.
