Face Reality Advanced Acne Med is a water-based gel containing benzoyl peroxide that penetrates the pore where it fights acne-causing bacteria, helps unclog pores, and keeps them from clogging. Appropriate for dry and mature skin skin types.

Face Reality Acne Med is recommended for skin prone to inflamed acne, noninflamed acne, and acne rosacea.

Face Reality Acne Med is great for clearing out the pores and killing bacteria. I would be careful though and start at Acne Med 2.5% for the face and 10% for the back. Excessive dryness can cause more inflammation and acne, so I recommend my clients to use Hydra Balance first to counter dryness. Remember, for this treatment to be effective no moisturizer should be used after applying.

Benzoyl Peroxide

Kills acne-causing bacteria and helps to unclog pores, making it highly effective for inflammatory breakouts.

Naturally occurring compound derived from chamomile with powerful calming, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties,.

Sodium Hyaluronate

Such a difference maker, once you find the right balance

I recently bumped down to the 2.5% Acne Med after experiencing irritation after a few months using the 5%. The lower percentage has allowed me to continue using Acne Med daily. Layer a hydrator underneath for less irritation!

I used to be scared of Benzoyl Peroxide

I used to be scared of Benzoyl Peroxide. With other Benzoyl peroxide topicals, my skin would itch, turn red and be very irritated. This one by Face reality is perfection! I use a thin layer all over as the final step, after moisturizer and some pimples literally will disappear by morning. Be sure to make it dry before you go to bed and it doesn’t not bleach my clothes or bedding either!
