This cleanser is a great option for clients dealing with stubborn inflamed acne that hasn’t responded to gentler cleansers and serums. It contains 2.5% benzoyl peroxide, which helps to keep pores clear. I recommend introducing it slowly—just a few times a week at first—especially if you have been using Ultra Gentle Gel or Barrier Balance Cleanser. It can be worked up to daily use if needed.
Benzoyl Peroxide
Kills acne-causing bacteria and helps to unclog pores, making it highly effective for inflammatory breakouts.
Glycerin
Draws water from the environment and deeper skin layers to help maintain hydration and barrier function.
Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate
Creates a rich lather and effectively removes oil, dirt, and impurities from the skin and scalp.
Apply a small amount to damp skin and massage into a light foaming lather. Do not rub aggressively. Rinse with tepid water and pat dry. This cleanser should not be used to remove eye makeup.

My cerave exfoliating gel seems to work much better. This has not been a game changer for me.

Great for acne, I have little bits of acne on my back and on my face and use this as my first wash. It’s helped tremendously in just a week. My body’s been through a lot with hormones that have given me all over acne and scaring and this is helping!

Too soon to tell but So far it’s very nice and doesn’t dry out my skin. Hoping it will work on clearing break outs.
Definitely feels good on my skin, the clean tight feeling. Definitely felt more dry after using compared to other face washes. Looking forward to long term results.
