Face Reality Sal-C Toner is a multi-functional toner that contains exfoliating ingredients and antioxidant support for the skin. Salicylic acid and White Willow bark both offer exfoliating properties. Vitamin C, Beta Carotene, and Niacinamide offer antioxidant protection.

This toner is appropriate for oily skin types. It is safe for use on skin prone to breakouts and can also be used on skin that is not prone to breakouts. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing.

I often recommend Sal-C Toner for acne and congested skin! This toner helps to get rid of dead cells daily so they don’t mix with oil and form pimples. It also helps to clear congested pores and kill bacteria. You can also use Sal-C for oiliness control, anti-aging, brightening and exfoliation. I recommend using it twice daily.

Salicylic Acid

BHA that penetrates into pores to clear out debris, making it one of the most effective ingredients for treating acne and congestion.

Vitamin C

Potent antioxidant that protects the skin from free radical damage, supports collagen production, and improves overall skin tone and radiance.

Niacinamide

Multi-tasking skincare ingredient that helps improve skin tone, texture, and barrier function.

  1. Clean skin with preferred cleanser for one minute.
  2. Apply Sal-C Toner using a small amount on a cotton round pad or a 2 x 2 gauze square.
  3. Wipe the entire face and affected areas until slightly damp.
  4. Do not saturate the skin.
  5. Finish regimen with eye cream, serum and moisturizer.

Gentle toner

Much needed

I’ve used this over 3 years. Before I started using, I didn’t realize how important a toner was! It helps remove residual face wash as well. It helps my acne prone skin.

Love it

I’ve only used it a couple of times, but so far I’m loving it! I have acne prone skin and oily/combo skin so it feels nice on my acne but it sometimes does make my skin feel a little dry afterwards. But not an issue as I use a thicker moisturizer on those days I feel a little more dry.

I have been using for about 3 weeks. I have not seen much improvement in cystic acne but overall acne it has helped. Can be harsher on sensitive skin.
